Class/Workshop Registration

Please read carefully!!

Your entire tuition payment is due with completed registration forms to save your space. Your tuition includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.

Missed classes must be made up during session for which you are enrolled and cannot be carried over to another session.

To register for Yoga Classes, please fill out a registration form and a disclosure form. For Meditation Classes and Workshops only a registration form is necessary. To register your child for the Yoga for Kids Class, please fill out a registration form and a "Yoga for Kids" disclosure form.
